Good luck, it's going to be an absolute HEADACHE; but no impossible. Like I would always say; "with lots of time, and lots of money, nothing is impossible"...

Right off the bat for the Smartkey to work, you would need keyless sensors all around and inside the vehicle... Also need to wire up yourself the Dual/auto climate control.
Then you would need the sensored door handles...etc etc. I honestly don't think it's worth the hassle, but if you're a genius with the electrical...then hey...go for it!

None of these are plug and play just FYI...Should of got the BRZ Limited instead if you wanted all the goodies...

Regardless, good luck!

So i guess i'll try to figure something else out.
Ill post pics of progress once I receive the push to start/ alarm assembly.
I'm only putting the button in place. I"ll take it to a professional for the wiring and what not.

Do you just want a push start button or do you want it to be keyless (RFID)?

One is really easy to wire, the other one is a lot more complicated.

After market one. Maybe later on installing a TRD button off eBay for like $100 and putting it in.

the push button novelty wears off after a while. i'm not sure if it's really worth all the effort/money needed to get it to work.

That's what I'm about to order. I just wanted to make sure all the functions work properly on the FR-S

wouldn't this make your car easier for thieves to steal? Just know that you run that risk and maybe consider getting some type of bypass ignition cutoff switch or some other protection.
