What is your first mod choice?
Hey guys I was just curious to see what is the first mod you guys would do to your FR-S or have already done to your FR-S? Do you care about performance or styling more?

Wheels, lowering springs and an Injen intake to start. Perhaps a cusco F-STB and a light window tint. That's about it. (pending)

Performance is what I'm shooting for.
Got new wheels and tires, Coilovers are on their way. Exhaust is next, then intake & tune. Probably do Exhaust 3 months down the line, Intake & Tune 6 months; pretty much as soon as I have more cash.

Window tint(cause I live in south Texas), rims, springs. For now. Waiting on more exhaust choices to come out.

I don't know if this counts but I would do a full paint correction and permanent sealant coating first to protect the paint while it's still in pristine condition. Then a tint, and finally the other stuff like intake, exhaust, etc.

I was going to do tint first just because my Celica came tinted and I'm used to my privacy and dark look, but the dealer already tinted them! Who woulda thunk it.
One of my auto part website clients is offering to sponsor the FR-S after I get it, so it's mostly just my pick of what I want lol. My Celica has like a one finger wheel gap, so that huge gap on the FR-S has got to go ASAP, so that'll probably be first. Then the Greddy Evo3 exhaust. Gonna wait to see what intakes come out. Probably get some custom headers from a research company in town, but I think they are already making FR-S headers and other parts. |
