Driving Gloves

So.... I'm not too sure what to replace the shift knob with but I really like the OEM one, but its just slippery.

So I thought, maybe I should get a driving gloves.

Do you guys have any recommendations that would grip very well and maybe something you use while tracking?

Sparco Tide. Best glove I've ever worn while racing (I think some of the F1 guys use these too).

They grip everything, suede, leather, plastic... you name it. Also the palms don't wear out so longevity is good too.

I kind of like the biking gloves style where its cut on the finger area.

I really like my Shift GTR's (Fox Racing's defunct auto division), but they are not as durable as I'd like (leather deteriorating, though I have daily driven with them for a long time in the past and have really sweaty hands.) Excellent feel and fit though, and outside stitching on the fingers with full Nomex and leather construction. Grip like glue on a steering wheel...

The problem is you can only find them on Ebay now as they are no longer made, but they cannot be beat for the price (I bought them way back from Safe Racer for at least $60 on closeout special and they were still a bargain then):

I think I may want to try the OMP Speed 2's next...

I have/had (can't seem to find them in my apartment anymore) a pair of BIONIC driving gloves. They were a little tough to squeeze into, by the nature of the leather and the cuff design, but were probably the best gloves I ever owned. They are super comfortable, well vented, and since they're so thin you get great feel.

This is what I throw down.

But sometimes I wear Sparco karting gloves. If you don't need Nomex for fire suppression, it would be cheaper to get the karting over the Race version (on any glove).

I have those old school Kei Office gloves. I never use them, I just like having them because they are rare now.
