A few questions before making purchase
I'm debating on getting either a 8.25" wide wheel or a 9.75" wheel to put the stock 215/45/17s on. I really want the wider setup.. but is that too much of a stretch for the stock tires? (Offset is 25mm)
Also what is the lug thread? I need to buy tuner lugs. 12 x 1.5?? Last edited by Mister_Sir; 08-29-2012 at 08:56 PM. |

12x1.25
8.25" should be fine, 9.75" would look ridiculous especially with that low of offset. example 10" +30 wheel http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showt...ighlight=18x10 |

I would say 8.25 +35 front and rear, throw a 10mm spacer on the back if neccessary.

Since you are planning on using stock tires, I'd say just get the 8.25s and a spacer in the back to like JoeBoxer recommended. |

Someone tried putting the stock tires on a 17x9 rim and they wouldn't bead up. I'd say even 8.25 would be pushing it.

What if I purchased 2 +20offset wheels for the back and 2 +35offset wheels for the front?
Would that be weird to buy that way? |

They may be hard to sell if you plan to upgrade in the future but other than that should be ok.
