17x10 wheel for 245 (AKA 255) Hoosier R7's?

I'm looking at getting the 17x10 48ET Konig Ultragrams for track use. I've been running various 255 slicks on 9 and 9.5 inch wheels. I think I might benefit from a little bit of stretch.
Anyone going over 255's on 10's without flares? Rolling the rears would be okay with me. I've shaved about everything off the rear fenders that I can. I'm about to put RUCA's on the car. I've done everything else to make it adjustable.

I'm currently running 245 Hoosier R7's on 17x9.5 44ET Volks Racing, forged TE37 SAGA Time Attack Special Edition wheels without a problem. They're not stretched at all on the 9.5's. I'd like to at least try stretching the Hoosiers (or others) out a little on a 10" rim.
I wonder what the TT/TA guys are doing?

What alignment are you running? If you're running a lot of negative camber then it would probably help.

Running through this site: https://www.wheel-size.com/calc/?whe...cl=36mm&sr=0mm

Here's what it looks like apparently:

On the NASA side of things people run the 245 R7 on a 17x9.5 or 17x9 because it doesn't fit into the 266mm tire template on a 10.

The 255 Maxxis RC1 on a 17x10 fits into the same template and people fit that under second gen fenders. 949 fit a 265/35/18 Supercar3R on an 18x10 under stock fenders on their Blub car.
