Josh is awesome. He seems to be available at any hour on AIM. He's very easy to work with, I've ordered lots of parts from him and have not had a single bad experience. A gauge I ordered was shipped with the wrong hardware (STRI's fault, not his) and he shipped out the correct stuff without waiting for me to send anything back. I'm big on this. I hate when you have to pay to send faulty shit back and wait for the correct item!
IIR has many customers among my local subie buddies.

I have had opposite experiences. With my lip. They never gave me a tracking number took almost three weeks to ship. With my springs. They never shipped them. And now I'm trying to figure out where my AP harness bar is that i ordered in November. And they (Frankie) takes forever to answer emails. I don't recommend Import Image Racing.
