So, you're trying to sell a set of used tires (doesn't matter if they only have 500 miles on them, they are used) that cost $640+tax on Tire Rack with a set of stock wheels for $1300?

I adjusted the price, I agree that wasn't a good offer after looking at other prices again.

I think you still maybe asking a bit too much but you're getting closer to what people may be willing to pay. The real issue is that the wheels just aren't desirable. Too many people are willing to sell a set of OEM wheels for just a few hundred bucks. $500 for the tires is probably top dollar too. Unfortunately the benefits of being new is getting things like Road Hazard warranty without hassle.
