Wait time for fender and 1/2 panel?

So I was happily thinking about how great my life was going when I hit a pole backing out of a parking space! Serves me right for feeling all good getting all the stares at my FR-S.

Anyway, I will need a new front left quarter panel w/ turn signal and a new front bumper and I'm hoping nothing else. A body shop that I used before informed me that the parts for the FR-S are back ordered and will take a long time to get. I'm considering fixing the turn signal and then waiting on the body parts to be available vs not having a car for an unknown amount of time and having to rent another one for work.

My question is: Has anyone needed body repair and how long did you have to wait for the parts to come in? Thanks for any help.

My body shop had to order a new bracket to reattach my rear bumper to the car. Turn around was only a few days. Granted its not externally facing, but I was surprised it was that quick of turn around.

I got T-boned almost two months ago and the car should be done by the end of the week. The parts are coming in surprisingly fast. I was expecting to wait a few months before parts were in. Your wait shouldn't be to bad. I'm sorry to hear about your car.
