I purchased the custom tuning from them and submitted my base tune 6 days ago, still waiting for my first tune.
How long is the wait usually? |

See if you can refund and go through someone like Steve Wiseman (ordered a tune through him and had my base tune within a day).
Like NoHaveMSG said, sometime between now and forever... leaning more towards forever with what I have seen recently on this platform. |

Update 2,
I figure Ill use this as an opportunity to document the process in case others in the future have a similar question. I finally got an email on 10-4 asking me to do two or three pulls in 3rd from 2000 to 7500 rpm and send back the logs. I sent in the logs on 10-5. currently 10-18, so far nothing new |

Update 3
I have made multiple inquiries and open tickets asking for an update on my tune, I have not heard from Shiv Pathak (tuner) or open flash in any way whatsoever. Im going to create a new thread to hopefully get some help. |

Probably this is going to be one of the reasons Quote:
You could also use Wayno's rom's or contact Steve Wiseman.
