Picked up my FR-S 1000 miles away (lots of pictures)

Picked up my new FR-S this weekend. Picked up the car in Ohio and drove it back to Florida. So my two day old car already has over 1000 miles on it (hopefully I didn't screw up the break-in period too much!).

I had the dealer leave the car untouched so it would have the factory protective wraps on it for the long drive. I also taped up the front with the classic blue tape. After about 500 miles I ended up just taking off all the exterior tape and wraps as they were getting beat up pretty good by the highway speeds.

Here's some pictures for your enjoyment!

Beautiful!

Which Ohio dealership did you get it from?

Looks very fresh & clean... Time to get it dirty with some good usage now (if that 1k mile drive wasn't enough already, lol).

I just took mine to the beach, was about 1,000 miles from TN to SC back and forth, didn't take no chips or anything, I did stay away from big trucks tho. I was surprised how much fit inside...Me and the wife, two suitcases, 3 bags, 2 beach chairs, a set of cornhole boards, and some food and drinks. Didn't pass one single FR-S/BRZ the whole time either. And everywhere I stopped had people asking me about the car too!

Congrats on the ride...let me guess, you didn't want to deal with all the douchey Florida Scion dealers so you had to buy out of state...

Should've post it this thread before you started. I would have love to donate some $$$ to you so you can wrap the whole car in blue painters tape just shits and giggles. Lol. Jk:happy0180:

Thanks for actually resizing your pictures properly, unlike 99% of the idiots.

The car looks great, even with the painters tape!
