Tein Flex Z Settings

Just purchased a set of Tein Flex Z, and looking through the manual and comparing the current measurements to what they say they should be... but are the measurements in the manual given for stock ride height?

It gives reference values of -

Front: 24mm gap between top ring and bottom ring
Rear: 38mm gap between top ring and bottom ring

I know I will have to make at least one adjustment once I get it on the ground after installation, but I was just wondering if those numbers reflect a stock ride height or not. I am looking for a 20mm drop.

Regarding dampening, I have heard that 5 clicks from hardest is decent for daily driving, but for AutoX I assume I would want to put them on the stiffest possible?

Any other suggestions from current owners?

Before you chuck 'em on, just make sure to measure from the center of your wheel hub to the fender so you'll have before measurements so when you make adjustments to the height, you know how much you're changing it.

I read the five clicks out also and have been using that on my daily and it's been nice.
