Swapped out to a Sparco steering wheel with a quick release to make it a bit easier to get in and out.

It's a track car so I don't think the airbag means much at this point.

I went with a sliding base, was cheaper then a wheel and an adaptor and I like the feel of the stock wheel. Plus I am a midget and if anyone wanted to be able to drive my car they would be SOL with a fixed base.

I'm currently running a sliding base, but it's a bit of a pain to slide back and forth and to be honest I'm not a fan of how thin the brackets are that hold the seat in. I have the Buddy Club Low Seat Rails which I will be swapping out to fixed bases soon. I did enjoy the OE style wheel I had in the car, but I love the feel of the Sparco wheel in my hands.

I am sure I would have done the same if I didn't have other issues to address first. I am not really a fan of the aftermarket slider but it does have sub mounts which I wanted and with a 28" inseam, it was a must for the sake of others.
