Does anybody using rocker retainers have feedback, good or bad?

I have a set, but I haven't installed them. I decided to k swap instead. If you decide to run them let me know. You could buy mine instead of waiting to get them from Australia.

I've made my own and those retainers are still working well with beehive valve springs.
I recommend to do it when you have an engine down.

Good to hear. What type of driving useage have you subjected them to and how many miles so far?

8000 RPM lover, but no track use currently. Hopping over speed bumps by left foot braking.
About 8000 miles after installation maybe.

I had them installed when I replaced crank, pistons etc. , and at the same time installed titanium valve springs (had it done before the spring recall was known LOL !).
I thought it was necessary for my forged internals. Not needed for a stock motor.
Been tracking the car since new, and several years on the built motor, working great !

Stock NA motors are known to kick out the rocker arms. I lost one on track. Others have lost them just driving around normally.

I've heard it has happened on stock motors, but rare up here, because of cooler climate, cooler motors maybe ?
I've seen and know of several stock motors blown on tracks, but its always in the usual places.
Never seen one spit out a rocker arm.
BUT worth doing if the head is off as its cheap insurance .

The issue is rocker arm geometry. It was updated in 14', but is still a potential issue. 14' and up has a longer valve stem and a deeper recess in the rocker pivot though it can, and has happened to newer motors. makinen's failed driving on the street at low RPM's. He has video in the original thread on these.
