Who owned this car
I’m trying to find out what list of mods were done to it. What type of turbo kit? Did it have a Cobb tuner? Is it tuned for E85 ect. Thanks in advance

You would probably have better luck in the regional forum for your area. Just at a glance it is FF tuned, not just E85 as evident by the ethanol content gauge reading "43." It is an SBD turbo kit, no way to tell which kit, but if you call SBD with what turbo is on it, you can probably get a pretty good idea from them. Nobody uses Cobb tuners except for hard parkers. Especially on a turbo car with FF. Likely Ecutek.

Flex fuel. You can run any blend of ethanol from regular pump gas(e10) to E85. In the one picture of the dash you can see the ethanol content sensor is reading 43%.

Cobb isn't available for this platform AFAIK.
FF tune = flexfuel meaning the tune can adjust for different ethanol content.
