Toyota out of F1

http://www.worldcarfans.com/10911042...-quit-decision

My question is: With the money Toyota will be saving from not running in F1 do you think they will put their efforts toward other racing series?

For example.....Speed World Challenge, Trans Am, ALMS...

I doubt it. Bean counters in charge probably are too short sighted to see the benefits of involvement with racing, and only focusing on the costs (which are exorbitant, no doubt).

I don't know what's worse: Toyota pulling from F1, or the fact that they remain in NASCAR, the one form of racing that, although probably helps sales of bread and butter Camrys to middle America, will do nothing to advance the engineering on any of their cars. Oy!
