Question on selling the vehicle.
Hi Everyone!
I have a question in regards to selling my FR-S here in California. It's a 2016 Scion FR-S (It has full bolt-ons with no cats) and it seems like I have to provide a smog certificate before I'm able to transfer the title, is that correct? Does anyone know if I create a contract or release liability on the vehicle would I still be responsible for it (in terms of the smog process)? Any guidance/information would help! Thank you!

You're not gonna be able to sell the car with no cats unless you have "a guy" at the smog station.
