VIS Carbon Trunk Fender Garnish doesn't fit backup cam?

Picked up a VIS Carbon Trunk that was on a 2014 car, but mine is a 2017 and has a backup camera where the car it was on didn't. The garnish piece doesn't have a cutout for the camera and losing the camera is kind of a deal breaker for me as much as i love the trunk.

Aside of rolling the dice with a Dremel or paying VIS a kings ransom and waiting 12 years for them to ship a correct piece (assuming it's even available, don't see anything on their site showing it available separately).......any ideas on how to make it work?

Was hoping to keep the one I already picked up locally as shipping this stuff makes me nervous as I always seem to one who gets them broken in transit. Any other ideas?

Does the garnish have any marking on it showing where the camera should go? I know on my 2013, there were little marks underneath the oem fender garnish showing where and at what angle the oem camera should sit at. Made cutting/drilling a ton easier.

Nothing unfortunately (see pics, the one circular hole is for the key hole)
