Brembo Gran Turismo 2 Piston Rear (GT) brake system

Looking for some specifics on the Brembo Gran Turismo Rear 2 Piston (GT) brake system. Looks like it's on a bunch of vendors sites but don't see a lot of specifics.

Can anyone help with piston size, pad options, is rotor (12.4") a custom Brembo only option??

Hummm might not need this. Came across this thread.... led me to 4r Wilwoods with 1.12 pistons.

https://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=140940

Running the numbers with ATS Brembos in front and RR-Racings 4R Wilwoods in back assuming same pads (CF .48 Sport) bias moves slightly rearward 0.674 change the rear pads (CF .40 street), bias moves slightly forward 0.712.

What says the brain trust??

Also,, struggled a bit with TCE calculator. In particular ' pad radial height'. I ended up putting the height of the total pad 3" front AND 2.43" rear based on technical drawings I found. Any thoughts??

What would you like to know?

It's sized to be paired up with any Brembo front system, but not the PP front.

Rotor is specific to the kit, but readily available.

Pads are a common brembo shape, and also readily available.

Mike, thanks for the info on the rotor and pads. I guess piston size is the biggest unknown issue as I'd like to run the numbers to understand where the bias falls. Don't understand why Brembo makes it so difficult to find information. Best I could find was a basic PDF file ,, no specifics regarding part numbers for pads, dimensions of pads, rotors or piston size.

This is Brembo, not Stoptech or Wilwood. It's been engineered and validated by Brembo Italy.

Brembo does not release "make it fit" or just half-assed product.

They don't release info that is ultimately meaningless when it's already been tested and validated.

For example, the piston sizes are secondary if you're not taking into account caliper flex.

I don't even know/have this info, but You can always try reaching out to Brembo directly.

am i reading into it too much that you're saying that stoptech or wilwood do release half-assed products?

OE company levels of validation are typically a few orders of magnitude more stringent than strictly aftermarket part company validation.
