Problems related to code: P0451

I have been having an issue for the last couple days.

Engine Mods: JDL v2 turbo kit, oil catch can, Omni 3bar MAP sensor

The first thing that happened was that I was getting some hesitation in my throttle. From a stop I would attempt to give the car gas and the rpms would drop to almost a stall and reattempt to go back to an idle. Throughout the gears, the throttle doesn't respond immediately so my shifts are rough. Later on, as I would slow down to a stop, the car actually did stall. When I started it again, it threw a code: P0451, which is related to the EVAP solenoid. So, I checked the hoses under the manifold but they are all still clamped down and in place. Something else I noticed is that my Openflash Tablet is showing the boost at a constant -2.45 and won't move no matter how much pressure there is, so I tried a few things. First I unplugged the 3bar Omni MAP sensor while the car was off but the key was on, which reset the boost to .15 (when off). I started the car and it showed boost at normal levels and the car drove like a dream, but then after about 5 min of driving the boost # on the tablet went back to -2.45 and started all the symptoms over again. I've also tried to just reflash the tune, but that didn't do anything. I haven't had any issues after installing the kit almost a year ago. I've already emailed my tuner about the issue, but no response yet. Any ideas?

SOLVED: I disconnected the battery and unplugged the MAP sensor and the blue plug in the back of the manifold to the EVAP solenoid. I left it for a few minutes and plugged the EVAP back in then the MAP, then I reconnected my battery. Before starting my car, I reflashed the tune using my OFT. I have been running it a few days with no issues or codes. I can't really explain why what I did worked but it seemed to have none exactly what I was hoping.
