Low Midpipe
Hi all,
Apologies if this question appears ignorant but I am relatively unfamiliar with cars. I've just purchased a 2013 Toyota 86 and am loving it so far. The only thing that's been on my mind is that the midpipe appears to hang relatively low as per pictures here: https://imgur.com/a/jD28ROz. Is this any reason for concern? Cheers, |

There is no reason to be concerned unless it scrapes on things. Even if it does, just learn to hit those things (like driveways) at an angle. If I don't hit the berm on my driveway at an exact 45 degree angle, the resonator in the mid pipe will scrape on the concrete. About 25% of the time, I don't hit it "right" and it sounds like the underneath of my car is being torn off. It's been doing that for over 6 years and hasn't worn a hole in the exhaust yet - |
