Planted seat bracket with Braums

I recently bought the planted seat bracket and did everything correctly but I noticed it sits wayyyyy to close to the steering wheel and even fully slid back, I have an extra 6-7 inches of space left behind the seat. Not sure if that’s how it’s supposed to be in order to fit a roll cage. If anybody can help, TIA !

Same problem for me. I got side mounts from PCI. They have slot in the base to allow front to back adjustment. They also have ones with extra set-back if you need it. I needed to replace the floor bolts with normal cap heads so the side mounts could go over them.

I'm having the same problem with my recaro seats with the recaro sliders. I can't get far enough away from the steering wheel to drive the car.
