Recommendation for LED H1 Headlight bulbs
Hello,
I have Spec - D Headlights and I've run into an issue. I believe one of the bulbs is broken (the wire inside the halogen bulb moves around)? I was looking around on the internet and it seems H1 bulbs are made for fog lights. Can these be used for projector headlights? Any I can find say they are not meant for low/high beams. Also, with the Spec-D headlights, it has clips to secure the bulbs and are not a twist and lock. The reason I mention that is cause on some H1 lights they have a big fan on the back and the clips I don't think would be able to secure it. Am I stuck with halogens or does anyone have any recommendations? Thanks. |

Thank you for the link but one of my bigger concerns is fitment. On LED's the big fans in back, will it even fit or be secure when there are clips on the back and not rotating the hub to lock it?

I would think it would be fine, my Infiniti has jdm headlights in it and has 4 H1 bulbs for both hi and low beams. The clip will hold the bulb fine. All H1 bulbs are held in by clips why wouldn't it hold a led bulb? As long as you can get the clip secured I don't see an issue.
