Rotrex on an EJ25 help

I have a Vortech V3 Si on a EJ253 2.5 H4 motor. The compressor map says it makes 2.4 PR at 49k rpm.

In actuality I only see 14 psi at the intake manifold which is only 1.95 pressure ratio. It makes about 385 crank hp.

I'm only actually seeing 81% of the advertised PR on the compressor map. Is this expected?

My goal is more power (relatively speaking).

I found that a Rotrex C38-61 will do at least 2.8 Pressure ratio from 266 crank hp all the up to 520 crank hp.

If 2.8 PR realistically means around 18.5 PSI on the intake manifold (81% of 2.8 PR = 2.26 PR which is 18.5 psi), I believe my motor will make about 456 crank hp, so well within the range of the C38.

Any thoughts as to whether this will work as expected? What I do not want to do is re-fit a new SC and not make much more HP. I'm hoping to go from ~285 to ~340 whp. Motor has cams on it already, will get a valve job but I'm not expecting any huge increases of actual cylinder head flow.
