Am I good to pass emissions?

I flashed back to non-FF tune so my o2 sensor could work.

I read that it takes about 50-150 miles of driving to get all monitors to turn on, but mine all turned on in within 5 miles. This is through the EcuTek app on my phone.

Should I be ready to go to the testing facility? Also, there are two tabs in the OBD Readiness page: Since Reset and 'This Driving Cycle'. Which one should I be looking at?

In my state it has to have at least 75 miles of driving on it with no indicators before they can test it.

Yes you will need to drive for a while to clear the reediness codes, this is to keep people from clearing bad codes as they drive into the test.
Each manufacturer has a driving procedure to clear them in the shortest time. Or just drive for a while.
