It looks more like an updated Fisker Karma (supposedly the base chassis) than an 86, both concept and production.

I saw this exact car last year at a Cars and Coffee at Santana Row in San Jose. It looks pretty beautiful in person. Front-end does have some 86 vibes, but more streamlined I'd say.

From some angles yes. From others no. It just boils down to there being a finite number of possible design cues available before one car starts to look like another. Also good aero is good aero so similarities are inevitable.
