Is it okay for this bracket to be missing a bolt?

I know the DI ecu requires the bottom bolt to be in as it is a ground, but what about this bracket on the driver side of the car next to the fuel lines?

Trying to battle some weird electrical issues but I'm not sure if this missing bolt is the cause. I don't have the bolt anymore.

That bolt does nothing but hold the black injector cover in place. It is not a ground. But the bolt should be there.

@steve99 has always said to make sure all of the mounting bolts for the DI computer are secure.

But I'm pretty sure the bolt you are missing is just for holding down the fuel rail cover. I wouldnt think it missing would cause any issues
