amber turn signals... always on?

Anyway to make it so that the turn signals only flash when you have the indicators on?

I installed some nice yellow fogs and have an LED kit for low beams but the amber turns looks really bad.. (yellow, amber, white color combination clashes)... I want it to just be white and yellow with the amber only on when i indicate

thanks...

You can put tape on the half the leads of the signal bulbs and they’ll only come on when you signal. There’s a DIY on here somewhere, but I’ll let you look for it.

Could not find it

Tried the directory and searched “tape” threads dating back to 2016...

That’s all you need.

I am in the camp that bought switchback LEDs. Somewhat regret it, but I don’t have fog lights either, so an extra set of “running lights” is kind of nice.

just did it.. was super easy took 15 mins max. The tape idea is brilliant... best part is it's still legal when signalling

here is a comparison between the amber and no amber, then the end result. Fogs are actually super yellow not sure why the camera can't capture it

Thanks all
