I am going to buy a used exhaust that doesn’t come with hardware and I was wondering where I could possibly buy hardware from ?

What hardware are you referring to? Any hardware store has bolts, nuts, and washers. You need need the strange springs that come on stock exhaust bolts, they're just helpful.

You also should be able to re-use the hardware holding your current exhaust together.
