they are +40 offset and they 17x7.5, i just fixed that error, and yes i got them from bel air but decided not to use them, i was gonna use them for my winter set but i already have stock rims and started to think do i really need 3 sets?? lol and sorry for the delay on responding to you guys , I had a crazy weekend

Tire rack says 17.0 lbs Someone weighed them at 17.0 but enkei states 17.5lb , but on a miata forum someone weighed them at 16.8lbs so prob somewhere in the middle.
