Tomei Front vs Test Pipe difference?

What is the difference between these two? My assumption is that they fit the same section of exhaust. Tried to do a quick search but couldn't find anything...

80mm is worthless in my opinion, because the front flange is still 60mm

I guess the 80mm test-pipe is meant for their 80r catback so the exhaust pressure is reduced even earlier for maximum flow.

i have a 70mm greddy evo3 so i think i'll just stick w/ the 60mm front pipe
