Fluidamper with aftermarket clutch?

Anyone running either the fluidamper or the ATI one? After swapping to an Exedy stage 1 clutch I'm getting annoying harmonic vibrations in the driveline around 2900 rpm and decelerating from 3 to 2k. I know these things are generally made for engines that live in the higher ranges of their rpms for extended periods of time, just wondered if it would help here.

I have the exact same question after installing the ACT Streetlight kit. I regret not keeping the stock flywheel due to the buzziness in feel and sound.

Are you on oem pulley or LW pulley. What about driveshaft? I’ve heard lw flywheels aren’t happy with lw pulley and or driveshaft.

Fluidampr and ati should help at least a little. Not sure if it would “fix” the problem.

if you're getting vibration from just a clutch change changing the crank pulley isn't going to help.

It is harmonic resonance that was always there in the engine, it is now transmitted to the driveline. This is with a stock flywheel, stock driveshaft and an Exedy Stage 1 clutch. There is a sheet in the Exedy clutch package that says to expect this compared to a stock 'long travel' clutch. It is not overly annoying and I've driven cars that do this stock, but being a daily driver if there is any way to reduce it I'm interested.

I have a light flywheel and a fluidampr. The Fluidampr does improve NVH a little. You will still have the buzzing on decal tho.
