Update on my Seidoworks Drama

A few months ago I posted, quite angrily, about my interactions with Seidoworks. A member here suggested that I contact the owner again since he was going to SEMA and clearly is trying to get his business going again. It is worth noting I was not happy when I reached out to him and he was nothing but understanding. He clarified a few misunderstandings I had and assured me he would make things right. I agreed in the hopes that this time things would go well and I would be able to put the 2+ year ordeal to rest.

On Friday the replacement finally arrived in great condition. Boxed up, no broken / cracked corners, all the edges were clean, and it came with all the needed hardware. Every issue I had with the previous delivery was fixed with this one.

All said and done I am happy now, Seidoworks has made everything right by me and I am happy to recommend their product going forward (definitely now that I hear they have US retailers).
