I've bought plenty of stuff from ft86motorsports and it's been painless for the most part. I've never given them my money and not received the product I've paid for so they are above board as far as that is concerned.
I'm less than thrilled that they won't proactively contact you if something is taking longer than their initial lead time suggested either due to backorder or some other problem so I've gotta e-mail them and ask what's going on but at least they've always answered me in a timely manner when I'm asking. The only actually poor experience I've had was with the owner when I asked for a quote on something and decided to go another route to obtain it since that was a cheaper for me and he gave me some attitude when I declined to order it from him. That was a minor issue and I've bought from them since with no issue. |
