seems like a decent place to order plenty of susp stuff, has anyone had any problems with this place? how fast is the shipping?

Andy, I'll let others chime in on their opinion of us, but will tell you that if we have it in stock, we ship the same day as the order and IN/LA is 2-3 days from us by UPS Ground.

We've been around longer than just about every other site out there (since 2002) and got our start when the WRX was first launched...the WRX/STI and Evo guys know us pretty well.

Give us a call and let us know you found us on this board and we will hook you up with a special forum price on just about anything you need.

As mentioned, they are legit and have been around a long time (in a volatile industry, where shops come and go constantly).

i ordered a blox knob from them, took them exactly 8 business days to ship it out, I had to call and figure out what was going on and they said the knob is to be shipped directly from the manufacturer (blox). I dont know why that took 8 days to happen, but SLOW SERVICE to say the least.

They're GrimmSpeed's #1 dealer on the East Coast. And also not too far from me so the stuff ships practically next day to my door.

I know that order (I spoke with you on the phone the other day)...terribly sorry it took so long to get out to you. We strive to ship orders out the same day they are placed, but sometimes we are at the mercy of manufacturers that do not have the ability to ship immediately (whether it is do to stock or time differences). Your order had to ship from Blox in CA and they were not able to ship immediately.

Next time you need something give us a call, ask for Mike, and we'll hook you up.

Its not a big deal, I'm not like the worst retail customer ever since I work in retail myself. Someone asked if you guys were good and I happened to run across the thread and answered honestly. I realize stuff happens thats out of your personal control and everything cant go right and this is one of those times. Dont worry about it.

Can I pick up? or do the parts come from a distributor somewhere else?

They are also a wholesale distributor so they keep a lot of stock. I think the website should tell you if they have it there or not.

You can pick up, we just usually need one day's notice to have it in our call center for you to come and get the item. Give us a call and we can work something out for you.
