Please don't stretch a 215 on a 9.5" rim that is a fail....that 275 will be stretched significantly on a 12" rim as well.
The sidewall profile is really tall on a 275/40 you should be on a 275/35 to stay closer to stock size diameter. Otherwise your rear tire will be almost 2" bigger around than the fronts. |

^ I agree. If you run a 275/35/18. Then a 235/40 is a good diameter for the front. Or maybe a 285/30. 245/35 stagger.
Usually, guys run close to zero offset ( if not a little in the negative) in the front for a 18x9.5 wheel on the V1. You'll probably want a +15 spacer (adaptor?) to make the front match your aggressive rear. 18X12 -8 is wider than most run. The offset looks like it will work with a bit of poke. I mean if the fender is +65 to +70, (depending on whose measuring I guess) Then your 18x12 -8 will stick out 73mm more than a flush wheel @ -3 camber on stock body. Also, if you are getting 5x114.3, do you have 5x114.3 hubs, or are you planning on adaptors? Theres plenty of room in the front for an adaptor... Not sure about the rear. It looks to be pretty maxed out by my calculations. I dont have a widebody, but am pretty good with offset calc. Can you test the rear on your car? Do you have the V1 kit installed? Edit: Words.
