East Texas 2015 White Fully Built 450hp Turbo FRS
Hello,
I have a 2015 Scion FR-S that I bought last September. I have had the T3 gauge installed and changed oil twice since then but otherwise the car is still the same as when I bought it from Greg off this website. The car is fun and super fast but it just isn’t comfortable in stop and go traffic and long road trips which I am having to make more of for business. Here is the spec list: Asking $22k Engine: Dynosty-built FA20: New bearings, align hone, stock crank polished, balance and blueprint, bore and hone with torque plate, deck, and wash Manley Turbo Tuff Pistons 10:1 compression Manley Turbo Tuff Rods ARP Case Studs ARP Head Studs GReddy T620Z Turbo Kit with upgraded Forced Performance Black Turbo (59mm) DeatschWerks 900CC Injectors DeatschWerks 65C Fuel Pump Dynosty Catch-Can Delicious Flex-Fuel Sensor Dynosty Boost Control Solenoid Tial Sport Q 50mm Blow-Off-Valve Omni 3-Bar Map Sensor 2017 Intake Manifold (red) Drivetrain: Clutch Masters FX400 (Full-Face Disc) Velox Clutch Fork & Pivot DSS 600hp Axles DSS Aluminum Driveshaft M85 3.73 Limited Slip Differential from a Lexus IS300 (serviced by Dynosty) Exhaust: Motiv Concepts Overpipe (2.5") Motiv Concepts Test Pipe (2.5") GReddy Supreme SP Catback (2.5") Suspension: Tein Street Basis Coilovers SPC Rear Camber Arms Whiteline Front Camber Bolts Wheels/Tires: Enkei RS055RR in Matte Dark Gunmetal - 18x8.5" +42mm Front - 18x9.5" +43mm Rear Nitto NT 555 G2 245/40/18 Front Nitto NT 555R Drag Radial 285/35/18 Rear Muteki SR35 Lug Nuts - Neo Chrome Exterior: Seibon Type B Front Lip Seibon Type A Side Skirts Rexpeed Rear Spats Mod Bargains CFW-Style Carbon Fiber Spoiler Rear fenders are rolled with a slight pull to accommodate the rear tires Interior: 35% Tint Raceseng Contour Teal Gloss Custom Shift Knob Pioneer NEX4200 Head Unit Tune: Dyno Video Ecutek by Hal@Dynosty 448whp/370wtq on E85 382whp/299wtq on 93 The car topped out at 471whp but Hal@Dynosty de-tuned it a bit because he was running out of fuel pressure. The turbo has overhead for 500whp with a new fuel pump and 3" exhaust. Some Notes: - The front bumper has the rock chips and scuffs you expect from a lowered car with 25k miles. I wish I had gotten a clear bra but hindsight is 20/20. - The car had a fight with a basketball pole in windy weather that caused a 2" dent behind the driver's door; it was fixed by Five Star Auto Body in Arnold, MO. - The car has two tune quirks that are sometimes annoying but don't affect the ability to drive the car on a daily basis. First, when turning off the car for ~15 minutes and starting it back up, it can run rough for 3-4 minutes before idling normally. This doesn't happen on a consistent basis and sometimes goes weeks without incident. The other quirk is in near-freezing weather while cruising on the highway, the car will run slightly rough for a couple of seconds, letting off and getting back on the gas fixes it. I didn't have the patience to try troubleshooting the tune remotely with Dynosty but the next owner is free to do so. - There is a tiny rip (~1/4") in the driver's seat on the left side of the torso support. - The Enkei wheels have some small rock chips around the edges but no curbing - The car has not been to the track. I estimate it would do the 1/4 mile in ~11.5 @125 with the current tune. - Some of the stock parts are included: stock differential, stock spoiler, stock gear shift knob, 'stock' T620Z turbo, etc. - If my asking price is met I will throw in an EcuTek cable/dongle [ame="https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=gfOurM4rYnU"]https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=gfOurM4rYnU[/ame] Last edited by spiffy14; 01-08-2019 at 06:01 PM. |
