Shooting flames is pretty lame if you're still na imo. It wont exactly be quiet, but going catless with mufflers/resonators is probably your best bet...

FYI: When most people hear a loud, crappy sounding car their mind defaults to "wow, what a shitbox" not "cool car bro".
Lose the ghetto "muffler delete" and get yourself a REAL exhaust. Something which makes your car sound BETTER not just LOUDER. It's no wonder large cities are talking about putting supplemental noise regulations on vehicles with this kind of idiocy running around. One of the most important life lessons anyone can learn is that QUALITY always trumps QUANTITY. |

The context of the question was for a new exhaust, so idk what your little rant was about. |

catless UEL + a nice catback with muffler/resonators will help you a lot
nice throaty idle with good sound throughout the rev range just make sure youre finding quality exhausts or youll end up sounding very raspy and turn into a lawn mower |

Removing the cats is going to make it way raspier than it already is. Shooting flames will kill any packing in a muffler, so it'll make it sound just like a muffler delete again.
IMO, forget the flames, it's stupid, and focus on something that'll actually make you like the car.
