ESR Performance Wheels???

Thinking about a fairly large step up in width and don't seem to have too many options for what I think I want,,, well less maybe $3500-$4000 custom wheels. I came across 'ESR Performance Wheels'. I searched here and didn't get any hits. Certainly looks like they copy a few popular styles in a low pressure cast wheel. The RF series looks interesting as well.

Anyone know anything about these wheels?

For custom width and offset flow-formed wheels at a reasonable price, BRAID is a great option. Often used in touring car, rally, and endurance racing etc.

Not ultralight but reasonable and extremely strong. Weight isn't everything...wheels stiffness/strength is important too especially with a lot of grip. You can go up to 18x13 if you like and offset is whatever you want. The 18x10 is about 500 bucks a wheel.

Do they have 17x10 that will accommodate the OEM Brembo BBK?

I'm sure those sizes can be accommodated by typical RPF1's or RS05RRs

Will bring you to 18x10.5 +20 if you go with the 15mm adapters

Many "rally" wheels have design well fit for better brake clearance vs generic wheels. While i don't know if this is the case, but i'd very much expect to.
Pitty still no-one has made brake fitment templates for OEM and PP brembos, even while stockers are used much more often then aftermarket BBK options. Mailing to wheel vendor or shop template and ask to check fitment would simplify things so much

Thanks Andy,,, I'll check them out. Strength is my concern with a brand like ESR or some of the other copycats.

Don't know,, you'd have to check with them.

I don't really want spacers/converters, but to your point there are a lot more options when you get away from 5x100 bolt pattern.

Well paid about $1K for my 17x9 6UL's,,, super nice rims,, if they had in the size I wanted I'd buy them again. I can also get a set of CCW's for $3.5K give or take,, but don't want to spend that much. So that said,, maybe $2K max.

They do have 17x10, however they are more expensive than the 18x10s.

Should accommodate OEM Brembos...tons of clearance with their wheels. They also have a wheel clearance printout guides I can send. PM if interested.

Website looks good and easy to navigate with hub and wheel size. So many don't do it that way. Are you a dealer?

Yes. I run their wheels on my own BRZ as well.
