245/35/18 on a 18x9.5 +35?

Hey guys, so i'm new to the wheel scene lmao i've never gotten after market wheels, and i purchased some option lab R716 18x9.5 +35 offset. So, I was wondering if I should run a 245/35/18 or a 255/35/18. I plan on getting hankook ventus v12 evo 2's if that matters. Any feedback is much appreciated thank you!

Not sure if i have to quote you to get a notif, i'm new to the forum haha, but yeah not on stock coils, have tein street basis z coils and got some camber bolts

Both of those sizes will work if you like the meaty look just get 255/35.

Got ya, thank you. I don't wanna rub at all and it's not like I need anything crazy big tire wise, since i'm basically still stock power.

Yep, both tires sizes will fit.


I went from 255 to 245 only because it was slightly cheaper.

Yea if you wanna just keep it functional and be safe then go 245/35. Also, they'd weigh less than the 255/35.

Depending on how low you are, you might need -2* front camber to clear the fenders with 255s.

Edit: -2 is nbd; i daily with my track alignment of -3.4

Get 255/35 R18, there are more tire choices for 255/35 than 245/35. 245 might give it a stretch look depending on the actual tire.
