you need to include pictures and proof you're you - a sign with your username & date. (marketplace rule #2)
Edit: I see now a broken thumbnail so I apologize, perhaps you did include picture and it's just broken, either on my end or yours I'm unsure |

Thanks for the heads up- I did attach an image conforming to the rules. It's still showing up for me even after clearing my cache. If anyone else can confirm they can't see it, I can try another hosting site.
