Can someone tell me what the difference is between the 350, 250, and 150? I have literally no idea and their website doesn't really clarify much, lol. I can see the difference in the photos, but I don't know what it does.

I believe the current version is 350. 400 was the older model, honestly I have not heard of 150 and 250.

The 350 is the free flowing, higher torque at lower rpm and grants the most gains throughout the power band.

The 150 is more for track use, it gives the most gains at higher rpm, but is limiting in lower rpm gains.

The 250 is a middle ground of the 350, and 150.

The secondary sections get shorter which means they resonate at higher frequencies. The 150 allows the engine to breath the best above the characteristic midrange dip at the expense of low end torque. I was interested in it until I learned that it would be a wash unless I did other stuff, like porting and cams, to open the upstream bottlenecks.

“350= max torque (202.4NM), lowest peak HP (175.1HP)
250= torque (approx 200NM), HP (approx 178)
150= lowest torque (approx 195NM), HP (approx 182)

These numbers are approximated off percentages of the 350 when we did a stock dyno run with OEM front pipe” quoted from ace themselves.

header is same just front pipe collects higher or lower on pipe giving longer or shorter runners shifting where the car makes power.

250 appears to have the highest combined numbers. And really pulls hard to redline. Seems like best of both worlds. Doesn’t get rid of dip 100% though like 350, but pulls harder 4500+ / 150 seems like it shifts power too high and you’d need valvetrain and cams and maybe Intake manifold and rev out to 8500 for some real power.

Don't be fooled by the descriptions if you are a street car you want the 350 as its the best of both worlds.

The 150 is for track only cars that are pegged near redline all the time. You will not have any midrange to daily drive.

Well, even track only twins still operate at range from 4-5K to redline 7.#K, not just going without gear change lingering at redline rpm cutoff. So even for track car, unless it's engine is built to operate at even higher rpms then stock, i'd get 350 as good all-rounder. For track only .. well, maybe 250. But certainly not 150.

I am not sure if the numbers above are accurate, but the peak hp number difference between the 350 and 150 is quite considerable.

more importantly they've created a totally different line for track cars. The 350 and the 400 are the only ones really relevant, and the 400 really is for street cars and apparently doesn't give the top gains like the 350 does.

Had my header and tune installed at CSG today, big props to the CSG folks. Initial feedback is the difference can be easily felt going from a Tomei header and OFT off the shelve tune. The throttle response definitely improved due to the increase of low-mid end torque. Instead of the sudden power surge around 4K rpm with the old set up, the power delivery is much linear. Overall I’m very happy with the purchase so far. However, the car sounds louder at idle compare to before, maybe this is due to the stock over pipe been switched out.

This Thursday I will take he car back to install the flex fuel kit plus another tune revision, stay tuned (pun intended) for another review Thursday.

I am typically between 5500 and 8000 rpm on track. My car is currently turbocharged, on a stock engine.

When I was NA, I still used the 350. The 150 really needs a lot of supporting mods to truly extract the potential, and the low end power is severely compromised. I would recommend it for racecars only.
