That appears to be a Subaru one.
https://axxessinterfaces.com/product/AX-SUBUSB Available on amazon. Edit: That is actually kind of funny, because when I got my DDX917WS wiring harness kit came with a Subaru adapter for the USB... but my Canadian BRZ has a toyota USB connector lol. |

Looking at it again now I'm not too sure. It appears the connector shape for the AX-SUBUSB2 is correct, but is reversed in any pictures I can find. Do the 2018 stock head units have 2 usb ports now? Curious why you have two connectors to deal with.

Yes, 2018 italian BRZs have navigation unit as stock, and they come with 2 USBs instead of 1 USB and 1 AUX.

Hey man which one u used on that i have same with the brz did u use ax-subusb or ax-subusb2.
