do not go to west liberty day subaru
I made the mistake of getting the tire insurance and needed to take it back to the dealer to get a replacement tire. After calling them 4 days in a row the "just discovered" the tire was there. After that they made me wait until they did not have any appointments left today to mount my tire backwards. now i have to take it in monday at 8am to have the mount the tire the correct way. in addition to this they got black shit all over my steering wheel. then they tried to charge me 198$ for this even tho i had the hazard insurance.
in the 12? years ive owned my own car, ive never had service this fucking bad. this dealership is complete shit and id recommend anyone in pittsburgh to stay the fuck away from them |
