Are there any opti-coat/detailing specialists in New England? - Toyota GR86, 86, FR-S and Subaru BRZ Forum & Owners Community

Just checking to see if there is anyone out there. The opt-coat stuff seems pretty cool and would like to do it to my car when I get it. It doesn't seem like there are many serious detailers up in this neck of the woods though.

Rick @ Unique Auto Care in Wakefield, MA does an exceptional job. I was originally going to get my car Opti-Coated by him, but he gave me the option to try out a brand new Wolf's nano coating, so I went with that, but either way....

I second Rick@Unique, he is one of the best in New England and definitely the best in Massachusetts. I also got my BRZ coated by him and it looks fantastic. He is also an awesome guy to boot, PM me and I will give you his number and email and all that jazz.

I am happy with the result, but I don't have previous experience getting a car Opti-coated to compare.

I know this thread is more for New England, but does anyone know of any installers up near Manchester NH?

I found a detailer about a mile away from a dealership I might buy my BRZ from, but they've never heard of Opti-guard.

I'm looking for Opti-guard installers in that area (Manchester NH). I found one highly reviewed one that's only a mile from the dealer, but they weren't familiar with the product. I emailed the, then information and am waiting to hear back.

He charged me $300 but that's because I had him install my clear bra too. He may charge you $350 to $400 ish.

I have done almost a dozen vehicles with opti... I don't do it for a living but work detailing on the weekends! So anyone in Maine looking for a coat let me know! I will be doing my BRZ sometime in the next few weeks (have others to do before I can get to mine) and I will post the results, Black is a ***** but done right it looks A1

Opti is great I use it for almost everything! Helmets, aluminum piping, motorcycle frames and bodys...hell everything up in Maine could use it! Stops the oxidation process for aluminum if done correctly!
