Running 18x7.5 +45 on stock

Bought my BRZ with the performance package back in early December (first time car owner too) and I'm looking to put on some new wheels and likely tires. I read about the Fitment and size but it's a little overwhelming so I wanted to ask if running some WedsSport SA-10R in 18x7.5 +45 on all 4 would fit without any problems like rubbing or anything of the like. Also, what tires would you recommend for them?
