FT-86 Speedfactory V1 Exhaust (Resonated) Volume?

Hey guys, hoping you might be able to help me with something. There's a local seller selling their FT-86 Speedfactory V1 Exhaust (Resonated) exhaust. I currently have an Invidia Q300 but I'm looking for something louder. I was initially looking at the Perrin Resonated 2.5". Does anyone know how the V1 would compare to them both?

The fact that they are interchangeable here makes me think they should be about the same?

I've scoured the internet but failing to find concrete opinions.

Haven't heard the SpeedFactory exhaust in person, but my understanding is that it generally will be slightly louder than the Perrin. You can expect the same "character" though.. refined note, and fairly quiet as far as aftermarket catbacks go.

The designs are fairly similar.. but the reason that they're interchangeable in the FT86SF package is because both units bolt up directly to the Invidia front pipe that comes with it.
To that point - anything with a resonated 2.5" midpipe and a box muffler is going to be fairly tame compared to most aftermarket exhausts.

My advice: buy the SpeedFactory if you are getting a good price. It's the loudest of the 3 (not by a lot), it seems like a good design, and FT86SpeedFactory has a very good reputation both in terms customer relations as well as their product design. That V1 is an exhaust that not a lot of people are running, so you'll have something unique.

And just as a V E R Y rough guide:
(Having heard the Q300 and Perrin in person, and from what I've been told about the V1)
Scale of 1-10, strictly in terms of volume, stock exhaust being a 2, the Q300 is a 2.5 or so. The Perrin is a 3.5 and the V1 is a 4.

Hopefully that helps you make a decision
