Can someone elaborate on the differene between the $200.00 Valenty 4th brake light and the cheaper $70.00 one.

That ^^^. And there will be a pretty noticeable difference in LED output and the smoked housings will not match to the actual Valenti tails. If you're a perfectionist, it will annoy you.
