OFT tune files..

hey everyone - new to here. have a 2017 toyota 86, had it since Nov. 2016.

so, after doing a few things with the intake, exhaust, and now ecu tuning.. i got my flash tablet, hooked it up, and surprise surprise - new cal ID that didn't match. after getting the correct files from shiv, now i'm kind of wanting to do the e85 tune... the only problem, is that i'm in las vegas nv. we require both mufflers and cats to be "legal"... in my past days, running straight pipes no cats and "wtf are mufflers" were pretty common in VA, but they don't do smog testing either..

is there anyone here that can help me with something? i have the files from shiv, and i have the e85 file - but the recommended setup is with a catless header. since i only have done the catback exhaust, i'm kind of wondering if the 2017 doesn't already have bigger porting than the earlier models, as this years model claims to have 5-10 more HP stock. leaning me towards believing exhaust porting is more open.. makes sense to me, but never had to flash files to the ecu before either.. anywho.. can someone help with this? .. for whatever reason, i can't seem to get romraider to work with the files that i have nor do the definitions within romraider (yep, downloaded the newest ones too..) recognize my ID. if anyone has any info on either A) recreating the tune file so i can run e85 with cats and stock header. or B) go ahead and flash the car with the file - since i can't manage to receive any information from openflash themselves, shiv, or ft86speedfactory........ i'd like the HP gain from the e85.. who doesn't want 20-30 more rwhp??

forum won't let me upload .bin file. tried .txt but still too large. the file i'm referring to is "Stage 2+ E85 v3.02.bin" if anyone has the v3.02 files.

any info would be greatly appreciated!!
