Would FT-86/FR-S be first RWD car for you?

How many of you will the FT-86/FR-S be the first RWD that you own? I have been stuck with FWD in my cars for too long and one reason why I became interested in the Toyobaru project. Always wanted a right wheel drive affordable sports car. I know many of you on here currently have RWD but it seems many of us have FWD cars at the moment.

This. Depending on the engine output I wonder how easy it will be to slide out the rear end with the TC turned off.

It will be the first RWD I will own. I have driven many RWD tho, but what I have owned is only AWD.

I only chose other due to technicalities. I've had a few trucks that were all RWD. Getting sideways is a bit more epic in a full size Sierra. But, as for cars, all the cars I've had have been FWD. For the longest time there just weren't any RWD cars that I liked in my price range or haven't been flogged into the ground by former owners.

3rd one for me.

I didn't technically own my first car (never put under my name, cheapo beater bought for my 16th), so I guess technically all I've ever owned are RWD cars.

Yep, rolling through the dirt trails and in the snow with a p/u is such a blast!

My first car in high school was a hand me down '81 Toyota Corona station wagon w/a 20R engine.
