How much damage did I actually do?
Jacked car kinda high, had weak rails since people before me that worked on my car jacked up the rails. Took my chance to lift car to change out my header anddd the rail bent and bent my side splitters up into my underfender? Not sure what it's called. Theres the front quarter panel fenders and the part under it near the wheel well where side skirts would mount.

It's hard to assess damage without pictures of the damage. I don't see any damage in the pic - looks fine to me.
And please clean the dust off before taking another pic.
